Payments

All fees, retainers, and service charges are agreed upon before project commencement. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, documents, training resources, and proprietary processes provided by Ahmed Sales remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

Ahmed Sales shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

Termination
